"Dan was not a helpful salesman by any stretch of the imagination. Our communication terminated (by him) after he claimed I hadn't given him info he had possession of. When I was able to show that as untrue, he simply stopped communicating. I have booked with vrbo instead and unlikely to return. The website is less than user friendly especially when compared to vrbo. Owners please becareful who you entrust your listing to. This would have been a returning trip thru kinlin grover as well. Customer service matters"
