"It was a horrible dealing with them for so many reasons. Communication was horrible at times. In most cases, Aides are instructed to direct problems, complaints to management, not to family. Then they may tell someone, or not. Big problems with communication. Aides spent so much time on phones not interacting with mom. My mom had many people visiting that is how I know."
