As Cape Cod's only Relais & Châteaux restaurant, Cuvée at Chatham Inn is known for serving world-class cuisine made with the finest seasonal ingredients by renowned chefs. It has been rated as the #1 restaurant on the Cape and Islands, as well as one of the Top 10 restaurants in New England. The restaurant is open Tuesday-Saturday at 5:00pm from mid-October to May, and Tuesday-Sunday at 5:00pm from June to Columbus Day.
