"I have had amazing therapists and nurse practitioners here. They really listen. I have been coming here since 2016 and some employees have come and gone, but when that happens, there has always been someone to take their place. Wait lists are long for new patients, especially for children, but that is the case everywhere since the pandemic. I highly recommend this place and have recommended them to friends and family."

"I was supposed to go here for weekly therapy. My first intake appointment, my counselor was late and I had to call to let the staff know I was waiting. The second time, I was not given a link for Telehealth and I just didn’t hear back from my counselor at all. I called and spoke with the front desk to explain the situation. I requested to be set up with another counselor and the receptionist told me she’d talk to her supervisor, then have her receptionist get back to me. I never heard back and I am extremely upset. When it comes to someone’s mental health, there shouldn’t be an issue with communication. Luckily, I am in a good headspace but others aren’t and if they’re going through what I did, that breaks my heart."

"Bad Reviews apparently get deleted by them? I've attempted to leave a few reviews and they all get deleted. Sketch. Anyways, Biggest organization of poorly trained professionals I have ever encountered in my entire life (and in 20+ years of therapy). Current therapist seems okay so far. Last three-terrible. No therapeutic technique, no awareness of their own transference or faults. Get treated like a diagnosis-not a person. Very very poorly trained. Say very unprofessional things. Blame you for your trauma. And they get no supervision! There literally used to be a sign in the office that says something like “it’s exhausting to act nice”. Oh and guess what? They WON'T tell you your clinician is unlicensed ! Absolutely no accountability for clinicians even if you complain. Nurse practitioners with no awareness of therapeutic dosing for the meds they’re prescribing. Condescending clinicians and front desk."

"I had terrible experiences here. The medication prescriber prescribed medication within 30 seconds without even talking to me then sent me on my way. When I returned to say that medication didn't work for me she said there's nothing she can do for me, nothing that will help, and that anxiety is all in the head and made up and can be just gotten over. The counselor I saw refused to talk to me about anything other than my job and future career every single session for the entire time, regardless of that not being useful at all. Somehow anything I said turned into her talking about jobs. It seemed she was simply too inexperienced at her job. I hope my experiences help others choose a place that's right for them, but my recommendation is to find somewhere other than here."
