All discovered pathogenic variants are confirmed by Sanger sequencing at no additional cost, ensuring over 99% coverage of targeted regions for CONNECT2 and approximately 95% for autism spectrum disorders.- Multiplex Ligation-dependent Probe Amplification (MLPA) Assays: Available for genes with known deletions reported as pathogenic variants, providing comprehensive genetic analysis.- CONNECT2 DNA Sequencing Chip: This innovative test simultaneously analyzes 47 genes associated with connective tissue disorders and aneurysms. It is an optimal, cost-effective first-line test for individuals with suspected dominant undiagnosed hereditary connective tissue disorders or those with a family history of aneurysms.Educational Resources:
