"Put money in the machine to get a small box of detergent and it didn’t drop out of the machine. Went to an older Asian lady that owns it and she gave me attitude because her old outdated machine isn’t working properly. Gave me an attitude because she had to refund me my dollar. I mean it’s my money dollar or not. Lol awful customer service. I won’t be back."
"I have been using this place for over 10 years and I typically drop my clothes off and picked them up 1 day or 2 after. Sometimes, I used the machine to watch it myself. These guys are extremely friendly especially the older guy that works there. I highly encourage them"
"The gentlemen who work there are always pleasant. They are always willing to help of you have an issue. The woman there can take lesson. The place is as clean as they can keep it. They do a good job keeping the machines working well."
"While away from home, staying in a remote campground, I needed a place to wash my laundry. Oak Street Laundromat and dry cleaning suited my needs perfectly. They offer both full service and self service laundry services in a small, yet comfortable environment. They are very clean and the most affordable in the area with the smaller machines starting at $3.25 up to the largest machine at $6.50 for self service and charging only $1.50 per lb for wash and fold service, at the time of this review. Dryers are 6 minutes per quarter. I don't like crowds and confined spaces and this facility provided good seating and work areas in the front with plenty of exit space for the claustrophobics. They have two change machines that change 1, 5, 10, and 20 dollar bills easily, plus a variety of laundry products on hand if you forget your own. The attendants were courteous, dressed professionally and patiently answered every question I asked. This is honestly the first completely positive experience I've had at a public laundromat. I highly recommend this facility for both full service and self service laundry needs."
