"This is our timeshare. Not much has changed in years. We like to cook when we come and it would be good if the pots and pans were newer. No frying pan this time. In the past you had to check when you came in to see if things were missing. A new building is being built right behind and construction was a bit loud. Location is great as it's easy to get to all different areas of the cape and Mashpee Commons. Lots of places to walk even in November."

"Honestly was not expecting much but the pictures online don’t do it justice. We had our own condo and it was massive. Multiple tennis courts, indoor pool AND outdoor pool. Also a small library and gym inside the front office. Lovely front desk and housekeeping staff."

"We would stay again because it is a large 2bd/2bth condo. The furnishings and beds are comfortable. The downside would be a bare minimal of kitchen amenities and large black ants throughout the space."

"For what we needed it was perfect! Rooms were very clean and everything worked as it should. Definitely could use some updating, very old furniture and fixtures. Never saw a single employee until CHECK-OUT!! Their hours are ridiculous but hey I didn't need to see anyone so it was fine. Pool hours, no, the pool needs to be open past 4 PM. Never used it and that was a bummer."

"We stayed a week through Festival. Disappointed! 1. The pool closes at 430! Seriously, a resort should not be closing the pool at 430. Typically that's where many people like to unwind after running all day. 2. Extremely poorly stocked kitchen. It was difficult to cook an entire meal without enough pans, measuring cups, spatula, etc.... These are basic items. 3. Much older and run down. Definitely could use a facelight. Dishwasher did not work very good and the panel on the front of our sink was broken. Maintenance was to come fix it but didn't show up. I would not return here and would not encourage others."
