I dropped all of our laundry off on a Tuesday and it was delivered to me cleaned and folded that Thursday. "First time User. Other than my Towels, all of my regular clothing now needs to be ironed, due to improper care of Folding, minus underwear. I had prespotted any areas with staining, and used the same product I’ve used at home, for years, and have never experienced any problems with removing stains. Yet, all are still stained. I left more items out this am, and if they haven’t already been washed, etc, would like them returned. Very disappointed, as I had read reviews, and was looking forward to this experience with Lapels. We had another Laundry Company, for over 15 years, and not once was there a problem. Unfortunately, the Owner recently retired."
