"Got Hershey's Reese's and KitKat supposedly on sale for 5 for 5 they ring up at regular price and they can't do anything about it. Why have the sale and not commit to it"

"Your Return policy during the virus situation is absurd. I purchased a fan got it home plugged it in and dead from the box. returning to the store i was informed first it was corporate implemented no return policy, then it was the cdc, This totally looks like a money grab. I told them to keep it I didn't even keep the receipt which they tried to get me to take back. even following me to my can. I don't accept your return policy or agree to it. Most other retailers have limited restrictions, You suppose to be the neighborhood store, act like it. I feel bad for the elderly walking to the store to buy a defect item which they are given a phone number to call. nice customer service, As a business owner and looking at the situation will never return to a Family Dollar as I told them there. Enjoy my money and maybe you will do the right think and donate to a local charity."

"Love shopping @ FD usually go to Lincoln Ave location, only when I absolutely have no choice, I shop at Hilldale Ave store. This store seems to have more items than other's. Every single time I go there I always swear, never again! Usually can't get through any isles with all the boxes everywhere, the employees see customers trying to shop and don't care or try to move any boxes out of the way. Every time I enter the store the employees stocking shelves have their phone blaring music, in a language I don't understand. It is honestly so loud, it makes you want to leave AND they know it bothers everyone shopping, they do not care. If that's not bad enough, the women at the registers walk around the store actually yelling to each other having a personal conversation. This location is open till 10 pm, no matter what day it is, they always shut the lights in the back of the store off usually between 9:15 - 9:30. When asked why they do that, you literally can't see without using your phone flashlight, the usual reply is, they have to be somewhere and shutting the back lights off makes people want to leave ado they can close the store. Last time I was leaving this location, it was so cold & windy. I tried bringing my cart back in the store but couldn't manage the cart, wind and door, right inside the doorway a man watched me and never offered any kind of help. I managed to put the cart against the building next to the door. Soon as I approached my car, the same man (employee) watching me struggle with r the cart, opens the store door & yelled at me, "nice try, not even choose". Corporate should be aware or care about this location. And they are closing the Lincoln Ave store!?!?! That location has the nicest, friendlist people and that store is always so clean & you can actually walk around with out worrying about tripping over a box... Or getting a migraine from yelling employees or the boom box awful blaring "music"."
