Pauric found time to come over on this frigid day and tackled the repair on the spot so we wouldn't be without heat. He was extremely professional and followed Covid protocols carefully. He was efficient with our time and left the area cleaner than it was when he started. When I asked him about doing some other potential work in our bathroom, he suggested that it wasn't worth the cost - what an honest guy! They were even able to accommodate my work schedule since I'm currently working from home. They came over, on time as promised, and were able to assess the issue immediately. But Pauric showed up within an hour, got us a quote and even installed a temporary mini hot water heater so we could get in showers. He was back the next day to put in our new indirect water heater.
