"For anyone looking for the building...it's not the first building to the left. It's the one in the back. Follow the road all the way to the back. So not the building that says South Coast on it. Boston Children's has a blue roof."
"I tried to make a lab appointment on Friday. I was told there was a long wait time to make an appointment over the phone. I left a call back number. Yesterday was a holiday so obviously I wouldn't get a call back yesterday. But this morning when they opened never called me back. I called them back today waited for forty-forty five minutes with no luck. I called a number which happened to be front desk of the office. Was told that they do not give out this number for appointments. I am a warfarin patient my INR has to be elevated since I have been bleeding for about a day with no end. I do not want to go to the emergency room since it is not life-threatening right now. This is like the fourth time they do not return my phone call. I was over it for them not to take my phone call. I will be scheduling my next appointment at the office not over the phone ever again."
"Good luck scheduling an appointment with Dr Bier. You call the main line, they refer you to the portal or another line that when prompted “to reach Dr Bier from North Dartmouth..” brings you right back to the main line and “we don’t do her scheduling” It truly is maddening. I need an appointment and have tried 3 weeks to do so with no help!"
"Dr Bier is wonderful. My Autistic / non verbal grandson has been a patient of hers for past 4 years. Shes Amazing..Friendly..Easy to talk to...She Listens..She discusses all options with whatever is going on..Shes a well educated Dr who knows Children! If there were 10 stars shed get everyone !! The staff is great polite and friendly..weve never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen.Thank you Dr Bier"
"My wife and I have been bringing my son to see Dr. Bier for support with his ADHD challenges. Br. Bier is wonderful and the staff is efficient and polite. We have never waited more than 10 minutes for an appointment and have always found the nurses/doctors to be great at replying to emails and phone calls."
