"This review is probably a little unconventional however, I came here in a mini panic involving my bathroom sink and I needed some ASAP plumbing advice and I wasn't sure where else to turn. I was greeted by a woman at the front desk, and I explained to her my situation. She called for one of their plumbers to come and assist me. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name but he was so incredibly helpful. I explained the situation, showed him pictures and he explained to me how to fix the issue (and even helped me pull up a you tube video with step by step instructions so when I went to fix the issue I could review it). It was some of the best customer service I've experienced in quite some time. If I ever need a part or any remodeling done in the future, I'm going to go to them."
"This was the first time visited the store and I needed a replacement hose for my kitchen sink. I was greeted by Melanie at the front desk along with a couple other employees. Within 2 minutes they had the make and model of my faucet and started to check the inventory for the part. They had it in stock! I was in and out in 5 minutes, well worth the trip. The showroom was filled with all sorts of high end kitchen and bath items. I will be back."
