"Please stay clear of this facility! This was my first and last visit to this location. My new Doctor was inexperienced, the front desk is rude/unprofessional, and the manager is condescending, careless, and dishonest. They do not have the best interest of their patients. I received terrible customer service, hostility, and falsified information when inquiring about Lahey’s policies. I was further deterred from seeking assistance in resolving my request. I had a concern that was left unresolved with no remediation. My grievances were ignored. I was severely inconvenienced numerous times during a visit that I thought would be a simple routine physical, and request for my medical records. I have been a loyal patient of Lahey Hospital, but would never return to this facility. I would strongly advise patients to stay clear in the best interest of your health. My visit was horrific from beginning to end, and I never want to relive this traumatizing event! The employees of Lahey Billerica Primary Care have no regard for their patients. Please beware!!!"
"Very unresponsive to patients needs, level of urgency and care well below expectations especially being a medical facility. Have been a patient here for a few years now and unfortunately, I will be finding a new doctor and office of staff that actually cares about their patients. The only one positive to this place are the girls at the front desk. For the most part they are all very nice and seem to care more than the nurses and doctors. I definitely would NOT recommend becoming a patient at Lahey Billerica!"
