"I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this medical facility. I had gone in for concerns about potential blood clots, but the doctor I saw (whose name I believe was Ryan) only conducted a questionnaire and did not perform any actual medical scans to check for clots. This left me feeling like I had been taken advantage of, as I was charged over $1000 for the appointment without receiving any tests or treatments. Additionally, the doctor recommended an injection that has been linked to myocarditis, blood clots, and death, which I believe constitutes malpractice. I would not recommend this facility and will not be returning in the future."

"Tried to contact the Physical therapy department at Chelsea MGH many times for the past week. There’s only a voice mail asking us to leave name and phone number so they’ll reach back to us. Well I have left multiple messages with my call back number no one has called me back. What a shame!"

"Can’t say enough about the great doctors and staff. Everyone is always so warm and caring, and they really know their stuff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else."

"The doctor's here are great. But my issue is with checking in. There has to be a better way! Why do I have to say out loud my personal information to the patient coordinators when I'm showing my ID. What happened to patient confidentiality? I've had my identity stolen through this hospital so many times it's not even funny anymore. Please stop asking me for my personal info when I'm prepared to show ID. Like enough! This is my personal info put out there for everyone to hear that is in the waiting room. There has to be a better way!"

"Always issues with the phone when they do not answer I know that the MGH is still seeing remotely so there cannot be that many patients in the offices in order to answer the patients calls that may be so important, however I've waited up until a half hour just for them to answer and say can you please hold again it's absolutely ubsurd. Then when you do get someone they're rude and seem bothered by my call. Then to get a hold of my own Dr that is just a joke never happens maybe a phone call back from the nurse but so hard to speak to your own Dr. Maybe I shld move my Medical records and go to the MGH in Everett they may be more nice and understanding. Also because I live in Malden just easier as well however mostly because I feel not treated well by staff it's actually sad all the negative experiences there are. Maybe from these they can and want to do better Maybe they dnt realize how things that make us feel bad about you know. Hopefully they see this and just want to be more compassionate to people's feelings. Hopefully. Thank you God Bless us all."
