"I hired Accutemp for a big HVAC project (installation of a ducted dehumidifer, ERV, heat pump) and from the beginning of the process, Accutemp was responsive, respectful, and honest, walking me through my options, explaining how everything works, executing all work in a timely manner, and helping me with the paperwork for rebates from Mass Save. The customer service is topnotch and when it turned out that the oil boiler (which was left behind as an emergency heat source) was still operating as the main heating source, a tech was sent out within 24 hours to fix the issue, following up with an email reporting everything he had done. I've never encountered an HVAC contractor this communicative and responsive, and I will be certainly retaining them for all my HVAC needs in the future."

"I believe they deserve a five star rating because two other companies had difficulty figuring out what the problem was with my water source heat pump and when they finally found out after about $1000 worth of fees, neither one of them could locate parts for replacement or quickly replace the whole unit. one of companies who had installed it said they no longer had anyone who could do that work. Shawn at AccuTemp's quoted me a price for a 6 ton replacement unit but when he looked at the space she said six times was actually too much for the size of the space and downgraded to a 4 ton which saved me $1000. Nothing is cheap of course are these days but they were timely and their installation and I didn't have to wait to frustrate my Tenant any longer from having no HVAC. I would highly recommend this company to anyone probably the first place to try in my opinion."
