"I went to get a ring sized and they were very honest with me about sizing smaller can make tiny diamonds pop out. So they called me and said they can put little balls on the inside of the ring to make the ring fit me better. The cost didn't change, was a reasonable price, and was done fairly quickly. "Went to have two chains repaired and left my other chains for cleaning. I got charged extra for nothing and my chains were fixed with different color gold and received a chain back broken I had cleaned. Then was told my 10k chain was fake so it broke in cleaning process."
