JoAnn is a cut and color expert with decades of experience (she's a lot of fun, too!). She always finds a color that fits me and a cut that works with my hair. Frosted!!! (Woot, woot!) JoAnn, the owner of Frosted, is amazing! She has an incredible amount of experience and will advise you on what will work best on your hair so that you get the wonderful results you are looking for. I have never had anyone give me such a precise cut. She is also a true expert in color and color correction. Someone else make a mistake with your color? See JoAnn! She is so good, that I have loyally followed her as she has worked in various places, including a Dellaria, a cutting-edge place on Newbury Street, and another small salon that she owned several years back. "Joanne is absolutely the best. I needed a place to get my eyebrows done when I moved back to Quincy. I called Frosted Salon and she got me right in. She did amazing job. I needed a hairdresser as well I hate getting my haircut but she sat me down and explained everything she was going to do. She made me feel so comfortable and I trusted that she would do a good job. When I did get my hair done she did a superb job and it was perfect. Joanne goal is to make you happy and feel beautiful, which I did. Last week I went to have extensions put in, my first time ever. She explained the process and answered everyone of my silly of questions. I can’t even explain how it came out it is full and the added color is gorgeous! I have had so many compliments on the placement of the extensions, the tightness and the look on me. She is the best!"
