"Ardah (I don't know if I spelled it right) is the nicest woman who remembers her customers and their orders. Since moving to Boston 3 years ago, my husband continually told me that it was a great place to get lunch and we finally visited recently. Upon our entry into the shop (which my husband had not been to in about a decade, though he had been a previous frequent customer and boasted of it often), Ardah broke into a smile saying "You are back! After all this time, and look you brought a friend." She then spontaneously started to apologize that she had just run out of her personally prepared doma [stuffed graped leaves] because she not only makes them fresh daily and they sell fast, but she knew he really liked them and wished she could have been able to delight him once more. We each had our choice of the sandwiches offered that were delectable and well crafted. Truly a little-known gem of Mediterranean cuisine in the heart of Brookline."
