"I bought a vape device , I was told they would have the pieces available when it needed to be changed . I went in today to purchase the piece I needed for the mouthpiece. Into the store now probably 10 times. I tried to explain my problem five times and he kept over talking me.. at this point I'm extremely frustrated. I said this is my 5th time trying to explain what I'm looking for but you keep talking over me . He had a bad attitude. I finally was able to explain I'm looking for the mouthpiece part very simple he tells me he doesn't have them .. he doesn't order them . He told me the women that works there is stupid for telling me they will have the parts I need for the vape I purchased from this store . I was real upset at this point . His attitude got worse it literally took everything I had not to pull him over the counter. His attitude was that poor . So I just turned around walking out and said I will never come back here and left . Also did a bit of research when I got home ...he charges double on all vape devices and would assume on everything else. . Him calling the women' that works there stupid made me cringe. What a sorry excuse for a human is .. I will never go back . When I pulled into the parking lot he was outside with a younger gentleman doing drugs . This seems like a really sorry way to run a business .."

"Expensive and uneducated on the products they sell. They sold me a pod that didn't come with a coil. Ive never purchased them seperate before then charged me 32$ for a coil that didn't even fit the pod. I went to a different smoke shop, got the right coil and paid 11$ for the same thing they charged me 32$ for. After doing some research just to see the coil they charged me 32$ for is between 8$-12$ online. What a waste of time and money!"
"Best selection around had the best luck here with vapes they don’t burn out like others Iv gotten , they have a new one cos bar cr5000 its very sweat even tho clear is rechargeable and good for 5000 puffs :)"
