"Ok I hate to give a bad review to KFC as I love their chicken but this restaurant in Kingston Ma is always so consistently underwhelming, I think the problem with this restaurant is that they are either so busy they cant keep up or so slow that they don't keep the chicken fresh. I ordered the $20 big box last night and it was horrible. The biscuits were hard, The Chicken was so dry and the fries were hard and tastless..please Kingston stop being a disappointment 50% of the time."

"No chicken tenders at 5pm. Wings are $4 each so 8 wings are $32. but hot wings are $1 what a mark-up. While waiting for tenders to cook, my 4piece chicken sat in a box...getting cold. no direction in the kitchen, very poor management. What manager?? didnt see one, just some kids poorly trained. No it wasnt busy..."
