"I go to the drive thru in Hanover maybe once a week. No matter what day or time it is, the employees are always professional and pleasant. I’ve been the only customer in line and I’ve been there when there’s a dozen cars in the drive through. They don’t get frazzled or mess up the order. Just wanted to let management and customers know that the team in Hanover is such an asset to Dairy Queen."
"Great food, good prices, great customer service even during the busy times. Edited to add today's visit. Where the food was great again. The service really was shakey. They started cleaning the floors around us while we were still eating leaving a strong chemical smell. I tried to make my way to the fountain soda area, being very careful because if the wet floor signs and I am already in a walking boot. I almost fell on the wet floor. Seconds after that a young male worker came plowing right through me to rush in the back...for... nothing because no one else was in the store or drive through . Not impressed this visit."
"I love this DQ. The employees are always polite and proactive. They seem to enjoy and respect each other. The tables and floors are always clean because there’s always 1 or 2 people cleaning."
"This was our first time getting take out. The meals were a hot MESS with the foil barely protecting the sandwiches and the biggest let down were the French fries!"
"Im going to have to say that this location is clean and the workers are absolutely delightful! We visited this location during busy hour expecting that we would wait longer than usual to get our food but our order was served in a timely manner. Def would come back!"
