"Very disappointed they pretty much offer nothing in Men's dress or casual shoes. They only have sneakers, boots and hiking shoes. I'll have to order what I want online. No wonder brick and mortar is dying."

"This store seemed moderately clean and very hard to figure out where things were in each department in the store. Alot if things were displayed in the middle of the aisle. Older store, but still better than one in Westboro in appearance! There had several signs in their store showing an item on sale either it was the wrong price or the sale tickets were marked wrong or a sale from "Black Friday of 2021,I believe " . While shopping I came across some Character T shirts the sign read 50% percent off, the tickets price Underneath that it showed a price of $9.99 I picked up the tee & it found out that is was $17.99 , which is not 50% percent off. I brought this to the attention of an employee named Karl , and said that wasn't correctly marked , Karl , it was repeated back to Karl multiple different ways to him, and if he was from another planet . He said he would be back and go check it out, I was tried of being in the store, had another if Genuine 1 genuine 1 + 1, went to the checkout and it rang the correct price. Not an It's experience I wish to encourage in quite sometime. Really liked this store years ago, but things changed. ------------------------- Took this photo leaving the Parking lot of Bob's Clothing where KMART of Fitchburg Massachusetts was , where you can see the sun- beached sign in this dead plaza that's barely alive. This was a pretty fun place to shop once in a while."

"I purchased 3 t shirts & 3 shorts Adidas appx 2 weeks ago . Yesterday I had my brother try them all on again before I had to shortened them for a upcoming trip in 2 weeks, all size Medium 2 pair fit perfect like in the store, but the med color blue I didn't have him try on t store were tight? Same style & size ? So I went back & bought 3 more size Lg,, they were like a skirt on him. So today I went back & was told I could only have a store credit!!"

These ladies were so helpful and a pleasure to deal with . There were others that were not so helpful in assisting me in our purchases. Thank you"
