"I went into Arcteryx Lynnfield with the intention of finding more info on some of the different types of Gore-tex shells. Alyssa could not have been more helpful. I went back a few days later and Louis and Anne picked up where Alyssa left off. They both took me through the features of different jackets, hoods, pockets, colors and availability. I couldn't have been more happy with all of their knowledge and friendly service and look forward to skiing in my new jacket! Great customer service seems to be a dying art, but certainly not at this store. Keep up the great work."
