AMC DINE-IN Framingham 16

"The seats were nice, but the dining experience was below even my fairly low expectations. It took 80 minutes from when I ordered (I was worried the movie would end), they forgot significant parts of the order, and the bar went from a really long line to being closed for most of the night. So every person in our party didn't get something they wanted. I'm not going to come here again for a dining experience, there are closer theaters that better meet expectations."

"Seeing a movie here and enjoying lunch was a really nice time today! The theater was clean, the food was hot and delicious, and the service was quick for a Saturday afternoon. Great way to spend a few hours. Props to the staff here for being so friendly and offering a fun extra with dining in at the movies. I had a previous okay experience here, but today definitely changed my mind!"

"The theater was trashed, napkins and popcorn thrown literally everywhere. We had to clean off our seats just to be able to sit down. It was disgusting. They never deliver your food at the time you choose. It's usually 8+ minutes after the time you scheduled it for. If you order more than 3 items, they deliver it to you in segments. The staff, however, is always LOVELY. It seems they may be understaffed. Seats are very comfortable, but good luck figuring out how to make them recline they way you want...it's confusing and will take some time for you to get comfortable. If you arrive at the movie early, the screen is just black, made us think we were in the wrong theater, so just a heads up."

"Went for a private screening. Seats are fabulous - best I've ever seen in a theater. Electrically operated recliners. Comfortable as can be. You could fall asleep and miss the movie if you're not careful. Oh, and they serve food."

"TERRIBLE! 90 minutes round trip and $80 for two in tickets/food to watch mice darting around in the theater during the movie. Informed mgmt of my experience and was simply told "I'll look into it"."
