Pilgrim Beach Village

"The location is wonderful but the cottage was not. One toilet, which was noisy as heck when we entered, remained broken the entire time. Lights in the living room flickered, and all of the smoke detectors had been removed. Given our difficulties, we asked to be reimbursed for one of the three nights that we stayed. We were promised that a "check would be in the mail", but even after repeated phone calls and emails, we never received anything. We would DEFINITELY NOT stay there ever again!"

"I booked a cottage with them seven months before our trip and received confirmation of our reservation. Several weeks before the trip I tried relentlessly to reach them to submit final payment. After a week of unreturned calls I finally talked to Paul the manager and he assured me our payment would be finalized and we could check in as reserved. TWO days before our arrival I received an email saying they couldn’t “fit us in” and they had no room for us! I left several messages and finally was contacted by a woman saying they had a realtor from a different property that could rent me a condo for more money! I was so upset that they ruined our vacation. They told me they had to cancel other people as well. I DO NOT recommend using this place. I was scammed!"

"Not really rated, as this was a literal nostalgia visit. Picked 5 stars just to be nice, post the picture, and comment that it was nice to see this place still operates, 40 years after I last stayed. Many changes over the years, but it's still in a truly nice location on Cape Cod Bay. The beach is just as nice, the views are still as good, and its proximity to the National Seashore and Provincetown is a real advantage. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again, on season, were I to have the opportunity. Thanks much to the gentleman working the day we stopped for taking some time out of his day to answer questions and for allowing us to wander around the premises."

"We love coming here twice a year. The waterfront location is ideal. The cottages are always spotlessly clean and manager Jason makes us feel right at home. He is always responsive to our needs and is a pleasure to deal with. He really goes the extra mile."

"Stayed at Pilgrim beach Village many times over the last 20 years. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and you're right on the beach, a great plus for kids. Prices have risen drastically over the years, but what hasn't?? We try to go every year in the summer, but usually only make it every couple of years. Great place to relax."
