"Lovely property and fantastic location but absolutely false advertising when it comes to amenities. I had a luxury king room and there is NO parking available, no water bottle or even a cup in the room and there is no breakfast. You get a $4 voucher for a coffee shop about a mile away. Non existent service and when you call you get a message directed to email someone. Really disappointing amenities and services"
"Excellent off-season stay at The Waterford! Super friendly staff greeted us upon arrival and we had no wait time to check in. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, and our balcony had a spectacular water view. Bathroom was a little small, but not a deal breaker. Location was perfect - in the heart of everything. Definitely on the list for a return trip to PTown!"
"I had a great stay at The Waterford Inn! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were all helpful and nice! This was my first trip to Provincetown and the location of The Waterford Inn was perfect for walking anywhere you wanted to go. Highly recommend!"
"If you are traveling with a friend try to get the top floor rooms with the conjoined balconies. All of the rooms are cute though and the beds are some of the best we had on our month long excursion. After a week with James and his crew I would highly recommend The Waterford to any first time visitor or provincetown pro. The whole property was lush, inviting and really felt like home. Thanks for the amazing stay!"
