"My taxes were done by Ms Daniela Popolov a very competent preparer who knew what she was doing and worked very efficiently. The receptionist was an extremely pleasant woman as well. For years I went to the Block office on Old Colony Ave in South Boston which recently closed and moved to another location in south Boston with no parking which I need so I went to the Weymouth branch and was very pleased with the service I received which was the same as it was with Patricia Kennedy in the old South Boston Office."

"Tax preparer very difficult to understand due to accent & very fast speech pattern. She also seemed ill-prepared for our visits and we were forced to sit there for lengthy periods while she shuffled and stapled papers, made copies, etc. Additionally, her data entry skills were painfully slow with lots of time spent sitting there while she corrected her typing. We both felt like a lot of our time was spent sitting there watching her do things that should have been done before our appointments."
