"Bennett plumbing is top notch. These guys bailed me out more than once. Like many homeowners, I failed to do my Fall inspection and wouldn't you know it on one of the coldest days of the year my furnace wasn't working. Bennett plumbing came out the next day (as I had requested--I didn't want to pay for emergency servicing and we had plenty of electricspace heaters on hand). The technician was very knowledgable and had the needed parts with him to do the repair. They were very respectful of our home, very polite, and very competent. They technician even pointed out that my water heater would need to be replaced soon (not a pressure sale or tactic to get more money). He simply showed me the signs of wear and tear and said we should start planning to have it replaced. The technician was finished with the repairs in 15 - 20 minutes and Bennett Plumbing will be billing me. I haven't recieved the bill yet or I would include their pricing. I'm expecting around $150 - $200 for labor and $50 for parts (including their mark up). I will post the bill when I get it. I would definitely recommend Bennett Plumbing. They are a great company. UPDATE: my bill arrived...see photo. It was only $176! I was expecting it to be much higher."

"Unfortunately I had discovered a water heater leak in June and the service tech came to my home and confirmed. I paid $135 which was to be applied to the job once an estimate was received and confirmed. I never was contacted and called several times over a month always receiving the response someone would contact me. No one ever did so lucky them to get my money for a 15 minute visit, and I had to get a different plumber to do the job. Not sure what their issue is but very bad customer service."

"When I bought my home in Falmouth, some of my new neighbors recommended Bennett Plumbing. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with them.. I arranged a visit with them at my home to obtain estimates to re-plumb 4 bathrooms including new shower stalls. Their plumber and I spent 1.5 hours going over all aspects of the job, and he promised a quote within the week. After a week, there was no response and I called him and he indicated he would have it over within another week. After 2 more weeks with no response, I called the company to follow up. Receptionist apologized, said she would have the plumber provide the quote. Unfortunately, there has still been no response from anyone at Bennett. Pretty unprofessional, sadly."

"Today I called with a urgent issue. I needed the boiler serviced and I called looking for a same day/ emergency service call. I understand that those calls can be difficult to help with last minute. Understanding completely that they may not be able to help. The customer service was absolutely horrible. The woman that answered the phone seemed put off with the call. She was rude, not helpful and did not even ask for details about the matter or offer a time when they could come. She was completely unprofessional. I did find a wonderful company that came to help. We needed a full replacement of our heating system. Based on the customer service alone I can't recommend Bennett Plumbing. Unfortunately the call taker is the first impression. It wasn't a good one.
