"The customer representative was not willing to help with her best. I asked her for a specific product which shows on the website for SnS and she refused to even have heard of the same. Eventually I was guided to one spot where she said i should look for, if I find it's my luck. But it wasn't so."
"I'd pass on this store. I'm generally down on stop&shop in general, because I think that over the past 10-15 years their quality has really slipped, and this location in particular sucks. I actually live relatively close to this location, but I wouldn't shop here if you paid me to. If you need groceries I'd go to star market in chestnut hill. Much better quality and better overall experience."

"This store is awful. First, it is run down and badly in need of a refresh inside and out. The exterior lighting is inferior, dim, unsafe. Not timely addressing maintenance issues. The sliding entrance door was broken for more than a month so everyone had to use the exit door. Customer service is nonexistent, many employees not in uniform, sitting on the floor stocking, singing. The staffing seems adequate but the engagement with customers is absent. They get two stars because the produce section is decent. However the bakery is not a bakery. It is a bunch of packaged items made by third-parties placed around an area called bakery. The HORRIFYING aspect of the store is the freezer cases. For the last year we have visited, many items are engulfed in ice crystals. This is a sign of temperature variation caused by faulty equipment unable to maintain safe consistent temperatures. Not just one freezer case-- many. Very disappointing the store management doesn't allocate budget for repairs. Equally disappointing that the board of health is not performing inspections which would require them to address issues. It has been this way for a year. Can't trust products which have not been maintained at consistent temperature. Makes me question what I can't see in refrigerated or cooked sections. Absolutely dread having to depend on this store location. One of the worst grocery store locations I have experienced."
