"I am a division one athlete that has been training with Isaiah for four years now. Going into my freshman year, Isaiah trained me in order to be ready for college soccer and did an amazing job. His knowledge on the topics of speed, strength, and performance is second to none. Isaiah is very flexible with his knowledge and is always willing to work with you toward your goals. Not only is Isaiah an amazing personal trainer, but he is an even better guy. He always comes with an amazing attitude and positive energy to help get you through the workout. He is a very personable guy who also cares about your life outside of the gym. His facility, Brizuela Fitness, is the nicest gym I have ever trained in. It is clean, there's music, food, endless equipment, and it is always just you and him training. I could not recommend this place enough if you are looking to get more fit, strong, etc."

Now that Brizuela Fitness has opened its doors and he's now got the quality equipment to really flesh out a training program, I'm feeling a whole new level of progress.
