"Can only be viewed from the outside."
"An incomprehensible closed establishment..."
"Ugly eyesore that should've been demolished ages ago. Half of it was destroyed in a fire a decade ago. The response to that fire was to put up a chain-link fence with razor wire and install a very brightly colored door, which only made the dingy, rot-colored shingles of the mill look worse. It's a lost cause."
"Had a great time today with the Friends of the Souther Tide Mill. Their open house at the mill brought out lots of visitors. The facility is only open occasionally but has tons of potential and needs community support to turn it into a functioning museum. Souther ran a grist mill but was first and foremost a shipbuilder. Watch for opportunities to visit!"
