Pilates Bayside is a gym and health institution located at 1366 Massachusetts 134, Dennis, Massachusetts, United States. We offer a Fitness Based Approach to Contemporary Pilates Reformer Classes using various props and equipment such as TRX, BOSU, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, and Balls. Each group session includes balance, agility, coordination, and strength drills with individual attention for safety and motivation. Classes must be pre-paid and booked in advance. Located in East Dennis, near Cape Cod Bay, our studio is in the Lost Dog Pub Plaza. Grip socks are required and can be purchased in the studio. Only water is allowed in the studio and we have implemented top-rated air purifiers for cleanliness. Our instructor, Victoria Burke Majewski, has over 30 years of experience in teaching Pilates, Yoga, and as a certified personal trainer. She provides personal attention to every client in the group sessions. Clients learn the Pilates Reformer and Tower repertoire of exercises, starting with beginner series and progressing to intermediate and advanced levels. We also offer a beginner series for newcomers.
