Deep Pond Farm and Stables

"I don't give 5 star reviews, I think there is always room to improve or change. But here I am. We have been trying to get here for a little bit now and finally made it in in a Saturday afternoon. So forget there is plenty parking, nice open areas to walk so even when busy you are not bumping into people and kids have room to enjoy. Forget it's FREE to walk around, that's almost unheard of. Happy and friendly animals, and even nicer staff. We had a few drinks and listened to the band play, they killed it. Drinks are very reasonably priced, I was expecting higher prices. Food truck, omg, loaded fries are the way to go, also got the crispy chicken sandwich, and it is nice and crispy with delicious fries. Only a few minute wait for food. Decent size sitting area with picnic tables, chairs, some nice log seats and a loung/bar side also. Was really not expecting so much and so much done very nicely. Great spot to bring the kids or just a day date and relax. We will definitely be back again and again."

"This place is fantastic! Lots of animals and wonderful paths to walk along to see the animals. They have a find truck with a nice variety of basic treats like mac and cheese , grilled cheese, Burgers, and fries. They have a bar set up with some beer and drinks along with live music at night. This is a very family-friendly place ! Plenty of covered areas for weather and room to wander ."

"We were in the area and looking for things to do when we came across Deep Pond Farm. I’m an animal lover and had a great time! It’s free to go in and see the animals. When some of the animals get close enough you can manage to pet them, like the horses, donkeys, and goats. All of the animals looked clean and well taken care of! We had no idea but there were actually day old baby goats when we visited! They were some of the cutest things I’ve ever seen!! The bar was really nice too. It seems to be built around trees which was cool. Some awesome woodwork to see with the benches, chairs, and stools. I had a glass of their Deep Pond brand wine and it was delicious! We saw they have live music sometimes so we plan to go back! It’s around 30-40 minutes for us but we really enjoyed it! If it was closer I could see us becoming regulars. There were families with kids, couples, and groups of guys having beers at the bar. Just seems like a great place to hang out and enjoy the outdoors and some adorable animals. Really cool concept and the owners seem like a great family if you read their story on the website."
