Dunkin'

"I went in to pick up a mobile order at around 9:20 in the morning. It was pretty busy, the drive-thru was full and the employees inside were rushing to get orders out. But the one girl at the drive thru window with glasses and green hair was complaining at all her other coworkers that they were "moving around and not standing in one spot" while she was just standing there hardly doing anything. She was swearing at them and making them look bad in front of the customers while they were clearly working fast to get the orders out. I felt embarrassed for them because they were clearly working hard while she was just standing in one spot berating them. I don't know about anyone else in the restaurant but I felt uncomfortable just hearing it. That's not the first time I went in and the same girl had a bad attitude."

"Always understaffed so makes it hard on employees who are at work, daytime manager leaves without making sure next shift is staffed so employees end up closing lobby and only taking drive thru. Orders have lots of mistakes and drinks made wrong but then you feel horrible asking them to remake because there is only one or two employees running around doing everything and it will back up there orders even more. The owner and managers need to do better at this location, I always feel bad for the employees who show up to work"

"there’s usually a massive line, but every time the staff are so kind to me. I’ve never had a bad interaction with them! all the bad reviews probably don’t understand the stress the staff is dealing with, and if you wanna complain about the wait, go elsewhere."

"Do not under any circumstances go to this Dunkin’ Donuts. Out of any Dunkin in the entire world this one is by far the biggest joke of a store you will ever have the misfortune of visiting. 1) the employees are AWFUL, nothing but attitude, wrong orders, talking down to the customers and there was one time the MANAGER snapped at me for asking them for a straw because “open your eyes it’s in the bag” is the response I got (when it was in fact not in the bag) 2) on multiple occasions there will be a napkin taped to the front door that reads “lobby closed” and even if you have a pick up order they will not let you grab it, you will be forced to wait in the drive thru to get your order is which is usually about 20+ minutes. 3) they constantly are short staffed and then take it out on the customers saying there are not enough employees for how many customers there are and then proceeded to give the customers attitude just for trying to get a coffee if I had a dollar for how many times I have been told there is another Dunkin down the street with more employees I could probably buy my own franchise at this point. Honestly, Dunkin’ Donuts has gone so downhill but this location is by far the worst."

"I ordered Dunkin Donuts for breakfast delivery this morning with Uber Eats. The order was prepared accurately and the food was very fresh, too. To me, the iced coffee was better than usual. So I was happy about that. I thought the prices were reasonable, too."
