"Fantastic experience- from my very first visit to the store, to the day my blinds were installed. Sakeisha was wonderful to work with! I had just bought a new house and was trying to figure out what to do for window treatments. I was very overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. She was so patient with me and that made all the difference. When I finally determined what I wanted for different rooms in my house, I didn’t even consider going to a different store or having a different person try and help me. The ordering process was easy. And the turn around time and delivery was fast!"

"When we made the initial order it was very thorough, then there was a blind that was missing from our order when I picked it up. The associate I spoke with said they would ship it to our house, but 2 weeks later it never showed up and had to call the store multiple times to get in touch with someone. Finally they found the blind sitting in the back room and overnighted it to us via FedEx. We went to install the blind, when we took it out of the box it was bent and totally not useable. I sent an email with photos over a week ago for a replacement and still have not heard back from anyone at the store to rectify the issue."

"Ultimately a poor experience. We purchased our blinds 2 years ago, spent over 5 figures, not a small investment. After 2 years one of the shades abruptly stopped working, I was instructed that although it was under warranty I needed to bring it into their store or they could send someone out for $80 PER TRIP so most likely $340 (there and back and there and back). I drove to the store 45 minutes and home 45 minutes. I was told it was "fixed", so I drove another 45 minutes and and 45 minutes home. Got home, it didn't work. I called back, they said they would send an email. No email sent. So I called a couple days later, this time I had to email them and then they emailed me every book under the sun saying it was a calibration issue. Eventually I folded and just purchased to have the tech come out who is an independent contractor and owns a contracting company. "Blinds to go keeps me so busy I don't even need to run my own business anymore". It appears like these break quite a bit. I tried going to corporate (who said someone will call me monday), I gave them a number of chances to do right by the customer but this is their policy and therefore this is my policy of educating the consumer, and letting them know that these guys won't stand by their product. Their policy is to inconvenience the customer when their product fails. The shades are nice, although the motor is a bit noisy. They can be finicky when dealing with remote, sometimes they'll go and sometimes only a select few will. Battery life is very good, and the automation system was so complex I couldn't get it set up."

"LOVE our blue aluminum blinds we purchased and had installed for 6 large windows throughout our apartment. Shawn was awesome! We had 3 windows that had challenges in terms of awkward reach but that didn't hinder Shawn at all. He arrived on time at 8:30am and left at 9:05am, having removed the old blinds and old hardware and installing blinds and new hardware for 6 windows. Remarkable!!! Highly recommend!!! Thank you!!"
