"I visited the Kitchen views Mansfield location (Norfolk st - note the wrong address on google) and am wholly unimpressed with the staff and customer service at this branch. We walked in and were immediately received with defensiveness and questions about why we were there and a shpeel about their extremely rigid internal customer service processes which left us asking, can we not look at cabinet options in this enormous showroom? We were told that we can only exclusively work with a salesperson in a separate branch with a smaller and outdated showroom. The woman we worked with refused to answer the simplest of questions about their products or services. Needless to say we were very frustrated and left with none of our questions answered. We felt completely unwelcome here, and are now very unlikely to work with Kitchen Views based on this experience. However, the salesperson in windows and doors was excellent - answered all of our questions, helped us understand the difference in quality, and educated us in general, all in less than 15 minutes."
"Kitchen cabinets delivered to us labeled "BRKN!" after sitting in Kitchen Views' warehouse for 4 months. Someone took the time to label our cabinets as broken but never ordered new cabinets for us. Then the audacity to deliver broken cabinets to a customer's home? Apparently, we were expected to accept broken cabinets even though we paid for brand new cabinets? Multiple other drawers delivered to us were broken, then the replacement drawers delivered to us were the wrong color. It has taken about 3 months to finish installation because of all these errors. Please do yourself a favor and purchase kitchen cabinets elsewhere."

"After 4 years in our new home, the trash bin stopped automatically closing. We contacted Kitchen Views and they quickly put us in touch with the rep from Eastman St Woodworkers, the manufacturer. It was fixed with a new mechanism in under a week. Excellent Service."
