"made an online reservation for 6:30, arrived early and at 6:20 checked in. during the wait, I thought it was odd that no one was around and earlier I had mentioned to the pharmacist that I was there for the clinic. at 6:35 I approached the pharmacy to see if they new what was happening. Luckily, one of the employees came over and said she would call the nurse to find out the situation. So we find out...the Clinic was closed. The nurse mentioned that with my situation, I should go to the clinic up the street. 1. Why was I allowed to make a reservation - if there were closed. 2. Why didn't the pharmacist or employees in pharmacy know they were closed? by this time the other clinic wasn't taking any additional walk-ins which I could have been seen if I hadn't sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes to only find out they were closed. What a complete joke in this clinic. Ended up in the hospital for 4 days which wouldn't have happened if I had been seen and placed on antibiotics on that Monday."

"Extremely efficient! Extremely friendly! Would highly recommend this minute clinic for professional and quick remedies to simple testing like strep throat, flu sinus infection, ear and eye problems! "I went there for a blocked ear. I had some impacted wax that I had not been able to get out with over the counter rinses. The NP told me there was cotton stuck & sent me to Urgent Care Clinic to remove it. Urgent Care MD said it was just wax and promptly did a few aggressive saline rinses to remove the blockage. This is a BASIC procedure that the NP should have been able to at least try. And then they have the nerve to charge me for the visit. I wouldn’t go back to Minute Clinic except for immunizations."

"DO NOT go here. The people who run this branch is very unprofessional and irresponsible. The first time I made an appointment for 350pm , arrived at the clinic at 330 and the nurse was already gone without leaving me a notice. I waited for 30mins before i found out nobody was there. The second time I came back for a TB test read and the clinic was close due to "unforseen circumstances " I dont even understand how they're still in businness"

"Waited 35 minutes to be seen after walk-in when it was only a 6 minute wait. I was feeling very under the weather , sore throat , fatigue and ear ache . I had to knock on the door to let her know I was in the sitting area. After several minutes I was finally called in 15 minutes before closing for her to denied me service for not having a $10 copay without running my insurance . I had come here in the past and my health insurance doesn’t require me to pay upfront they always send me a bill in the mail . I call cooperate crying feeling very sick and frustrated and complained. They apologize about 10 times and they even agree it’s illegal to deny service to anyone just because they don’t have a copay . To make a long story short cooperate will give me a call back within 2 business day . They lady on the phone was very nice attentive answer all my question and ask me to go to the next minute clinic but unfortunately they were close . I will never come here again ."
