"I'd give them a 0 if I could! What they are doing is 100% ILLEGAL! Not kidding! They delete customers from their records when customers leave them, for bad service to go to a better pharmacy. It happened to me and I have info from a very reliable source who told me that a whole lot more people than me have been effected by this. You legally have to keep customer records for doctors and pharmacies for 7 years! If they remove you, report them ASAP to the authorities and write a review like me! Their customer service has been slipping faster and faster and they need to be held accountable! They ignore you when you're in line and take forever filling prescriptions that are even life threatening to not have on time. They close the entire place down in the middle of the day rather than take turns taking breaks which is absolutely unheard of! That should have been a red flag for me when they started that. Took me several years of giving them chance after chance after chance. I tried changing my attitude when going in but that did nothing. Please do not use any CVS and use local non corporate places like the Auburn MA Pharmacy instead! Get your doctors to transfer your prescriptions before you leave them. Again, it's ILLEGAL for them to not keep you on file for at least 7 years! Hold them accountable!"
