Kevin assessed the situation and took care of things immediately. He was diligent and corresponded with his boss to schedule a further visit for necessary additional work. "Kerivan Lane went above and beyond for us when a two year old compressor they had replaced for us failed during a heat wave. We had clearly received a lemon as they installed three compressors for us and we were only having a problem with one. They were very responsive to our service call and worked with the manufacturer on our behalf to procure a new compressor. Communication throughout the process was excellent and they installed the replacement compressor at no cost to us. They truly did exceed our expectations “through trust, professionalism and reliability.”"

They did not try to up-sell and their price was competitive. Phil answered every question patiently and knowledgeably. Phil and the crew from K-L were professional, focused and pleasant throughout the installation process. We also had K-L replace our water heater recently and they did an excellent job with that as well. We definitely trust them with all of our HVAC needs."
