"We have some great local coffee shops but I also appreciate Starbucks (pro-tip #1 ... if you can only drink Dunks coffee, order the blonde roast at Starbucks, it is Dunks roast with the bonus of using filtered water so it actually tastes good). Unless you've been hiding under a rock the last couple of years, I'm sure you've heard of staffing and supply-chain issues. This place gets busy, the drive-thru can be a long line. Pro-tip #2 use the mobile app and pre-order for in store pickup. The staff is always friendly even when busy. Great WiFi service and room to sit without being on top of other customers."
"I got 1 tall mocha cookie crumble and it was half filled with whipped cream and tastes like pure ice and water, and I also got 3 tall strawberry creme Frappuccino and I didn't even have any strawberry taste to it, it tasted like very watered down icecream, I would not recommend this Starbucks, I wasted 23 dollars for horrible drinks"
"GREAT Starbucks - friendly staff and great service 7 days a week/364 days a year! Thank you to the Team here in Gloucester! it was awesome when you opened and you have made our mornings special (my son, his dog and me)!!! EVERYONE here is always kind, friendly and quick! You recognize me and start my order with a short black dark roast and a pup cup, you always go out of your way to make my experience a very nice one...plus my order is always accurate and my coffee is nice and hot! Although my coffee is savored i.e.: it's my treat after my morning workout, it's my son's dog Brody who is the winner! I get him a "Pup" cup every day and to watch the thrill in him, waiting anxiously for me to get home, runs up and down the steps, brings me a toy, sits, gives me a kiss and when i say "break" he goes right after it! It's a show to be seen and my son, husband and I all get the biggest laugh every day! The other day it took Brody almost 3 minutes to finish his "Pup" cup! He delighted in every lick, and came up and kissed me again! Thank you everyone, Gloucester, my family and I APPRECIATE YOU! Gayle"
"Service was fast. Baristas were very nice. Visiting from out of town and it was a very nice surprise. Plus they gave us cute stickers!"
"Randomly closed during business hours no explanation and several workers inside walking around pointing to a sign and being rude with a coffee in their hands. Many upset patrons. Not the usual for Starbucks hope they fix this one seeing as I frequent these locations and they are rather expensive."
