"Deposting a very large check and the Bank Teller is continually speaking incredible loud. Stating the check is not valid and it is not clearing. Not to mention to me this is a security risk. No Teller should be broadcasting a customer's information out for the general public's ear. I did not even speak to her or answer any of her questions. Check was deposited and cleared. A little diversity training might help her out. I was very aware what she was doing."
"There is one nice gentleman that works behind the teller counter. The other individuals I have dealt with have been uninformed and rude. I have had simple deposits made into ordeals, most recently when I was handed a receipt for a far lesser than amount from which I handed in. The woman made a big deal on how she handles the incoming cash, she definitely didn't receive the amount I wrote handed her and wrote down, etc. After much unnecessary back and forth she balanced her box found I was correct. I get a simple apology and the correct deposit was made. I am a long time customer and still travel to my original branch in Davis Square to do any "complicated" transaction so I can be confident it's handled correctly and I always leave there smiling. I wish that were the same for this branch as it is very convenient, but I am always disappointed."
