Founded to introduce inner-city youths to theater, we develop new works for the stage that promote and celebrate diversity, with a focus on African American youth and multi-ethnic participants. Led by Executive Director/CEO Benjamin Smith, a seasoned actor, writer, and director, we offer a fully licensed performing arts after-school program and mentor over 50 students towards higher education and outstanding citizenship. Through our program, students have gone on to receive full scholarships at national colleges and universities, launch careers in the arts, and even perform in Broadway productions.
