"Have been here twice, disappointed both times. The first was opening day, where the ribbon cutting was supposedly at 4PM. We didn't get in until about 4:50 because of the opening ceremony. Nothing wrong with having an opening ceremony but please list that time somewhere. People didn't come to ribbon cutting of a brewery for a speech, they want to try your drinks. After finally getting in we sit at the bar and didn't receive drinks for 30 minutes because all of their staff had come from the Springfield location, which had a different POS system. Drinks were okay. With all of this though, I was totally fine writing it off as opening day. I totally get it. Second time we came in, we were hoping for food. We were told the kitchen opened on the first of October when we came opening day but unfortunately, that got delayed to the eighteenth. Even worse than that, they were kicked on IPAs. Sorry, but how as a brewery are you kicked on all IPAs? It was like 8PM on a Saturday and you're open until 12:30.. I was hoping for a good brewery in Amherst but for now, you're better off going to Treehouse or Berkshire. I hope this changes once their kitchen finally opens but for now this location is lacking heavy."
