"I don’t have access to a Wendy’s where I currently preside so I try to get my fix as often as I can when I visit the area. I’ve come to this location twice now in the evening in the past month and I’ve been met with the most unprofessional attitude and service I’ve ever encountered. The person taking my order would jokingly speak as if English is his second language. They missed a sandwich I ordered, but with the service, I didn’t even want to go back to deal with them. Still love the food so I’ll be going to other Wendy’s locations from now on. I normally don’t leave reviews for fast food restaurants but because of my experience, I just needed to say something."
"This place is really bad. I ordered to go, and they didn't get my order right. I complained to the employee that they got my orders wrong, and ask them to fix it, because it's missing a large Frie and 2 chicken sandwich. Another man came and ask for the receipt, I told them they didn't give me one. They told me there's nothing they can do unless I want to buy more food, I said no, I just want it fix. More people started to walk in Wendy, another Lady came and told me to move aside because the line is getting long, I ask them again if they can fix my order. The lady said No, and told me to leave the store or they will call the cop. I end up trowing the food in the trash and walk out the store. Very bad and rude service."
"I came in the dining room around 6pm on a friday. My cashier was a bit creepy looking but she was very nice. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and it was noticeably falling apart, with chicken and lettuce spilling out of the foil!? But the young woman who took my order insisted it had to be remade without me asking, which made me feel seen and valued as a customer. Other than that, bathroom was a bit filthy. Great service."
