"Went in today to try a French Vanilla Iced Capuccino, server handed me drink and said it was the first time preparing it. When I got back to my office I noticed it was 3/4 shaved ice after drinking all the liquid. I did not expect it to be like this. Store managers need to make sure to train the employees on how to prepare everything. I do not blame the server. I was very unsatisfied with my coffee and the service."
