"Another very unpleasant experience with citizens Bank! Called them to find out if they have euros and was happy when they let me know they have them in stock. At no point did they mention I needed to have an account in order to get euros. Drove 20 minutes to be turned away. It seems like over the years there is a fee to do anything with this bank. Highly recommend other banks like Santander, TD Bank, and many others."

"Even though there was only one other customer in the Andover bank, it took 20 minutes to make a simple deposit. They have only one teller who is always extremely slow. I'd switch banks if it were up to me but this is account that belongs to the company I work for. I always dread having to do business there. They are consistently slow."

"Terrible Experience! Worst Bank Manager- Elizabeth Lewis. Dealing with this branch has been a Terrible experience. By far the worst experience I have had. None of the staff give consistent answers and put you on endless hold and no returns to call as promised. The worst offender is the bank manager, Elizabeth Lewis who manipulate customers into opening the account and then basically lies to them and not do anything as was promised. Stay away from this bank! I am taking my business elsewhere."
