"Not fast food anymore if you hope to place an order with staff. Noone seems to be assigned to the register. I sometimes wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. The self serve kiosk is tollerable, but the sandwiches here always come out cold. I don't visit this location anymore. The one on lincoln street is the same, except, the food is between warm and hot. But the buns are often stale, and any sauces, such as ketsup and mustard are all over the inside of the wrapper. At all McDonalds locations, if i use the self serve kiosk, i ALWAYS have to remond staff that i ordered a drink and ask for the cup."
"They did not have enough people working - the drive through line had 16 cars in it when I arrived. So I chose to go inside - only 3 people working. Spoke to a nice high school student who was working who told me the manager did not think they would be busy. It was New Years Day!"
"The customer service was awful. The guy who served coffee over drive thru, he did not make the coffee right. Didn't put enough cream and sugar as we indicated in the app order. On top of it, he smashed the lid so hard on the cup that it deformed and couldn't hold on to the cup. We spilled the coffee all over in the car when tried to drink. We saw him what he was doing with the lid and when asked he didn't change the cup but put it in another cup. Awful coffee and awful customer service."
"During the nightshirt, this McDonald’s consistently has a wait time of 20+ minutes, even if you’re the only one in line. You will sit at the speaker or window for 20+ minutes. There’s a 30% chance they’ll get your order wrong too. Staff is friendly, at least. Daytime, it’s better."
"Literally the slowest place around. While I understand food service having worked in it, the amount of times I've had barely warm food and couldn't go back in and get it fixed because it took almost 30 min to get the order. The idea of "fast food" really needs to be retaught at this place. I actually had to leave without my food because it took my whole break and I hadn't even paid yet. That leaves not only time wasted but a very upset customer....which from the reviews is not the first time. Either do the job well or don't do it."
