"Used U-Pack and ABF Freight for an apartment move. The trailer had a hole in the roof and rusty water spilled on my stuff causing $731 of damage. They offered to reimburse me $121. Ridiculous that this happened at all and even worse that they aren't covering the damage when it was so clearly their fault."
"They rescheduled my shipment three times with less than a day heads up each time and no communication from customer service. Also, each time I was on the hook for cancellation fees for the third party movers I had hired to move the equipment. I would recommend avoiding ABF at all cost."

"Freight has been in transit for weeks! Finally shows up as we're unloading another SCDEDULED truck to have the driver walk in ask how long it was going to take and just left with no explanation. Called customer service and Heather was wretched. Poor professionalism, poor quality. Not looking forward to seeing how smashed up these are!!"
