"Great store. Staff is super nice and helpful and it’s great place to shop for workwear essentials. Parking can be a bit of a pain when it’s busier, but that’s just a legacy place thing. FYI for men if you’re smaller that a 30 waist you won’t find anything."

"Came in to the store on my lunch break to stock up on some more work pants. I’ve been looking for something that fits me a little better in the legs since most pants are a little tight on me. The store was very clean and well organized. I was greeted by Kevin as I walked in. He listened to my needs and he was able to guide me into buying the rugged flex work pants. They are AWESOME! I couldn’t be happier with the new fit. KEVIN was exceptional, and I’d like to thank him for his attentive and thoughtful service!"
"Probably the better store in greater Boston, the customer service here is better than any of the stores I’ve been. I work in construction, most my closet consists of Carhartt clothing. Victoria has helped me twice at this store and both times she’s helped my find the items I was looking for 1. By calling another store and 2. By ordering it for me online. She was very informative and patient with me, give this girl a raise!"
"I highly recommend the Carhartt store in Dedham!! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the store is clean, organized, and creatively designed. I’m planning to move out west where I’ve never been before, and I entered Carhartt unsure of what I might need. I was welcomed by Ben who asked the right questions to help me figure it out. Ben is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He stood with me and explained the features and materials of each jacket and vest as I tried them on and gave me great advice which helped me choose the right products for my move. I will definitely be back!"
