"Honestly the worst experience with a cleaning company ever. Was recommended by my realtor only to find out he did 2 jobs for him prior. The quote for what they were gonna do seemed great. 2 kids showed up, didn’t do anything agreed upon on the quote. Dumped the waste and materials down the toilet, broke the toilet and had to repair. When the owner picked them back up he messaged me saying he was done and didn’t do a walkthrough to even see what the kids he hired did. I called him and told him no baseboards were wiped, no fans were dusted, the windows were never washed and the vacuum they used added more dirt to the carpets. When I asked him why none of the agreed upon items were done he seemed surprised. And when I asked him if he walked through to see the job they did he admitted he didn’t. He said he’d be back the next day to do the work but it will cost more. I told him I wasn’t willing to pay more than the already $500 to do the job we agreed on. He then, instead of apologizing or trying to make it right like a normal business, became offensive. He told me the bathroom was dirty and sent me pictures. I hired a cleaning crew to clean an empty house before an open house and they complained it was already dirty... he then said to just send him half of the cost, still $200, which we also had to get a second cleaning crew to do (which were fantastic for half the price). When he didn’t receive the payment within 10 days he immediately threatened me with filings in court. There are a ton of cleaning businesses in the area, save yourself the headache and extra cost and never work with this one."
